Ben Bailey Homes, together with the High Royds Sports Club,  are currently developing proposals for a new sports and social clubhouse at High Royds.  The clubhouse will support the local sports organizations who will use and run the facilities: provision of a new Clubhouse is part of Ben Bailey’s S106 agreement for developing the site..

There will be a public consultation on the proposals,  Friday 20th March 2015 between 1pm and 7pm  at the existing Sports and Social Club off High Royds Drive, LS29 6AQ.  And,  if there is support,  these will then be turned into a planning applications.

The High Royds Sports Club is hoping that local people will give their approval to the plans to ensure a “quick and unproblematic final design phase and planning process”.
