This site is green belt site that is currently called ‘safeguarded land’.   That means that it will be taken out of green belt, and will lie as a contingency site for the potential allocation of 114 homes.   This will be in addition to the major urban extension of 285 homes on site 3026 that joins up Guiseley and Menston.

The local owner would like to involve local people in the design of this site through the Forum, incorporating features of benefit to the community.
