Big week next week as we go to London to consult with our appointed Barrister over the claim by Aireborough Residents for a Judicial Review of the decision to delete and develop the following Green Belt sites.

Wills Gill, Guiseley
Hollins HIll, Guiseley
Victorial Avenue, Yeadon

We have also consulted with residents and organizations in Menston and Burley over their issues and legal claims concerning development in those villages. It is important we have information on the whole development context in Wharfedale and Aireborough.

The claim for an Aireborough GB review has to be lodged in cout by 21st August. Funds for the £40,000 judicial review are rising with both online and offline donations – a big thank you to all. We are still looking for 4,000 residents to donated at least £10 each for this important case.
