Following the Inspector’s Report, which was made public on Wednesday, Leeds City Council Executive Board is due to approve it on 26 June 2019 for recommended to Full Council for adoption on 10 July.
Here is the detail of plans for Aireborough
All four Aireborough Green Belt housing sites, Ings Lane, Hollins Hill, Wills Gill, and Victoria Aveune plus the one Airport Employment Hub on Green Belt are approved. Also approved, as expected, is Coach Road/Silverdale Allotments – a greenfield site.
The housing sites are due to be built on before 2023, the airport employment site will be part of the airport development including plans for the link road.
