Leeds City Council have received a planning application from Greene King for a 2 storey, 20-bedroom hotel to be constructed at Leeds Bradford Airport on land opposite the Hawthorne Farm Restaurant on Warren House Lane, Yeadon.
The application proposes utilising the existing car park for the new building and extending the car park to the north east of the restaurant creating 120 bays. The car park will include 8 accessible parking slots and overall the new layout will provide an additional 21 spaces.
Access to the new hotel would be achieved via the current Lancaster Way. The planning application can be viewed here. The application’s Design and Access Statement provides good graphics and diagrams of the proposal.
