Following on from the recent Leeds drop-in consultations, Joanne Ainsworth of the GINS Parents Action Group, obtained figures courtesy of Leeds City Council on children born in the area and children moving to (and leaving) the area over the last few years. She has both analysed this data to find out what number of places are required, and looked at the current and past proposals. Attached is her analysis report.
The date for responses to the consultation to be back to Leeds is tomorrow 18th April 2014 (the date was extended from 11th April). Responses can be emailed to educ.school.organisation@leeds.gov.uk, or left on the Leeds Schools Website here http://leedsschoolplaceplanning.wordpress.com/
